Why Our Country Needs a Military FEMA Construction Corps

After December 7, 1941 our Country went to war, not just the soldiers,"OUR COUNTRY WENT TO WAR" We needed quick construction crews that could build military bases for training,we had many youths trained in basic construction during F.D.R.'s Civilian Conservation Corps in the C.C.C. Camps in the 1930's and many of these young men would join the U.S. Navy Seabees Construction Corps to hammer out Victory and Security during the 1940's. In the 1940's we had over a 300,000 U.S. Navy Seabee Construction Force.This was all Non-Profit military construction in the 1940's. A New Military FEMA Construction Corps would serve 3 Years in the USA Mainland Theater and would be open for recruitment of young men and women ages 18 to 35 including an immigrant ethnic quota lottery system for folks who want to "Earn" USA Citizenship. A Candidate for The FEMA Military Construction Corps would attend U.S. Navy Basic Training, attend U.S. Navy Seabee Trade Skill School and then serve doing construction building Medicaid Hospitals and Medicare Hospitals and Medicaid Nursing Homes around the USA or in State. We must regulate Medicaid and Medicare at the building itself. An Average Hospital Room can be $400 to $800 a day, an average nursing home bed can be over $3000 a month charged to medicaid. The FEMA Military Construction Corps would also build no-frills concrete block emergency housing barracks in our National Forest that could house over 5000 homeless Americans in a Natural Disaster Emergency. I lived on Johnston Island Atoll (2 miles long) and understand housing large occupants in tight quarters, many of our U.S. Aircraft Carriers can house over 5000 people. This would not rape our federal forest and Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts and Church Groups could use these Emergency Shelters during Non-Emergency. Gulf State Katrina flooding cost our Taxpayers Billions in Reconstruction Clean-up Profiteering. The Construction Government Contracting Profiteers took out the federal Bacon-Davis fair pay act for Government Contracting to rake in more Tax dollars to Construction CEO's Bank Accounts. We must return Government Construction to our Military in a Non-Profit Accounting Way.
