Congress and Internet Voting

Internet Home Voting must be mandadted into our Citizen Referendum to invite more first time voters into our "Citizen Democracy" Congress has discussed Home Internet Voting before but as always in Congress Citizen Issues are given very little effort and Internet Home Voting was put in a Congress Closet somewhere. Many European Countries including Great Britain are "testing the waters" on Internet Home Voting.Congress's "big gripe" with Internet Home Voting they claim is security, privacy and "selling votes" I find this very odd coming from folks in Congress who spend billions of dollars on an election for a president job that only pays $400,000 a year. They (congress) are worried about the mass citizens corrupting the democratic system in America. One year Bill Clinton got election money from China? Internet Home Voting is far beyond safe and secure. First my credit card account is tied only to my home computer with a pin number. A Computer "Vote Pin Number" per a social security number should be an Constitutional Citizen Option for voting and not mandated as the only option in voting privacy. The founding framers of America would welcome home voting via home computer pin number or home telephone pin number. Many Citizens have an opinion on issues both young and elderly but can't express these opinions through a proxy Congress Representative or saving all their citizen opinions in a big bag for every 2 and 4 years for school house voting. This is our failed democracy. WE the Citizens need a National Referendum and Internet home Voting and Home telephone Voting every 90 days on the current issues.
