Post edit issue

I'm having an issue editing some posts of mine.  If I look at my posts, I have the option to 'edit' some of them, but not all of them.  Can this issue be fixed?  I'd like to edit one of my posts I created here.  Is anyone still 'in charge' of this site that can help me?
