Suggestions for the new website

Skyler told me that her and Mike Grant are making a new Ni4D website.  So this is the place I thought we could make suggestions for it (there's another thread like this on groups.google.com/groups/ni4dus).

A suggestion generated in the chatroom:A page of the website dedicated to "mock initiatives."  These would be held over the course of a month or a week or some other time period.  A fake initiative (for example, withdrawing troops from Iraq) would go through the process of becoming a law.  People visiting the website would be able to vote on it (whether it made it onto the ballot, the first actual vote, the second actual vote, etc.).  I guess the website operators could act as the Electoral Trust.  I don't know, we can iron out the details later, with more suggestions from these threads.  In the end, everyone would be able to see if the initiative passed or not (for example, "We would be withdrawing troops if the Ni4D were law today").
