To National Campaign Staff: Advertise at thirdpartywatch.com!

I'm not sure who to address this to, so I just chose the whole national campaign staff:

Someone has brought this up before, and I completely agreed with them.  So I'm just bringing it up again to make sure it isn't forgotten.

The campaign should really advertise at Third Party Watch.  It's pretty moderately priced and there are a lot of important Libertarians that read it.  From what I've seen, it's a very authoritative source on everything about third parties, and it tends to focus on Libertarians more than anything else.

For one month of advertising (which is all we need for now) it ranges from $15 to $500, although I really wouldn't reccomend being so stingey as to go with the $15 package.  Getting a larger one would probably help Gravel gain some credibility with the readers of Third Party Watch, to show that he's part of the community.  A bunch of other Libertarian candidates are advertising there, and they have raised a lot less money than Gravel.

Here's the info on advertising packages:  http://thirdpartywatch.com/advertise-at-tpw/

And if you need any eye-catching images for the add, there are a lot of great pictures on the Mike Gravel facebook group and the Mike Gravel wikia that would work amazingly for the spot.

The Wonkette has discounted

The Wonkette has discounted advertising now, too.  Their cheapest package (for a two week period) costs $80.  It's not much, but it's a politically active audience, and Gravel needs as much attention as he can get.  They say that they get over 1 million unique hits a month.  That's a lot.

I think I might do this

I think I might do this through my Meetup.  We'll just buy the $35 ad spot and put up a picture from the Gravel Facebook group.
