I have $200 to send, but I'm going to do it $20 at a time for the next ten months so I don't go crazy and lose my house. I encourage everyone to do the same. Send $20 to Gravel to stop the goddamn war and send someone with integrity to the debates and watch Gravel give them hell.

Submitted on April 15th, 2007 by Suzy 2sI was reading that Chris Dodd is the 2nd highest recipient of defense industry money in the US Senate. I don't know if Hilary is number one, but she may very well may be.
How to these candidates who take millions of dollars from war profiteers expect to be taken seriously? Everyone can see that it is a clear conflict of interest. For weeks all the news could talk about is how much money they raised, they should focus more on where their money comes from.
The news media does not focus on what's important.
Submitted on April 16th, 2007 by Donald GrbacSince they are an integral part of the military-industrial-media empire, they only focus on what they want you to believe. It's all rigged.

SO WE DON'T FORGET : THIS IS WHAT THE MEDIA ARE COVERING TODAY
Submitted on April 19th, 2007 by pacomToday is the day that I wanted to see continuous live coverage of
the joint Senate/House Judiciary hearing , with Attorney General Gonzales.
All I got was 30 minutes of introductory remarks on CSPAN,
whose excuse was they had to cut to the House floor.
All the other cable networks are covering is their own
stories involving Virginia Tech. They could tell us about that TOMORROW !
This looks like a cover-up .

Submitted on February 28th, 2007 by B AllenNot that I forgot. I hosted a 'Beer Drinkers for Gravel' nite at my house the other night. Me and some buddies had a few beers, watched the Nuggets game (they lost to the Jazz) and raised some money for the senator which we sent in. 7 guys tossed in $20. Give em hell, Gravel!

Submitted on February 7th, 2007 by Cubbie GirlDean was the first presidential candidate I ever sent money to. ($100) He just seemed like the right guy, and he was, really. He would have beat Bush. I'm still on the Obama train, although I liked Gravel's speech 10 times better than Obama's. I think Gravel is electable. I'll start with $20. Why not.
He's going to Nevada, I'm in $20

Submitted on February 18th, 2007 by john from NJIt's the least one can do if your on the bus on this one. I'm a graphic designer and web developer in New Jersey, and can design and print out the advertising stuff pretty much at cost, so the the distribution and resources can stay local. If all politics are local, so should your resources. I have nothing against free enterprise, but the profit that goes to an ouside source could be reflected in a low cost medium that could mean greater distribution. Anyone up for that ?
